Wellness creators.. Can this be funny?
So this is a tough one... wellness, it's generally for good. And good and well is generally boring, but not you, you can add that spice to your wellness contend to get people laughing.
Here's an example, can you do better?
Planking for Core strength, is way better than crunches
Sure, crunches come with huge numbers, but when you're done, you just stop. When you plank your arms start to vibrate, and you drip like Rudy Giuliani at a press conference until you collapse and weep.
Do a wall sit, to failure over a water balloon (edit to 15 seconds please!)
